The BONDERITE® E-CO GUARD system is a multi-channel process control unit for metal pretreatment. It is designed to control cleaning, rinsing, and treatment stages in pretreatment lines and keep key process parameters stable. The focus is on repeatability and efficient operation: fewer day-to-day interventions, and more control over what’s actually happening in the process.
Depending on the application, measurement parameters can include pH, conductivity, temperature and ORP. The sensing and control loops are individually configurable, allowing different process stages within a line to be mapped to your specific requirements.
