Information

LOCTITE® TCP 4000D is a thermally conductive phase change material with enhanced performance and reliability - used for high power density applications on electrical devices. It applies with the ease of a thermal grease, is reworkable and repeatable. Typical assembly applications include microprocessors, GPUs, multichip modules, ASICs, IGBT, FBDIMM/Memory, lidded processor applications, and active heat sink in electronic applications.
