Our solution was able to have a fast cycle time while meeting the manufacturer’s warranty requirements. LOCTITE^® 401^™ had high adhesion to PC and TPE Rubber. The process was able to be quickly implemented. As a result of this new process, the manufacturer was able to reduce a 20,000 unit backlog in time for the Christmas shopping season.
