LOCTITE® TCP 7000 is an enhanced performance, reworkable phase-change thermal interface material that offers no pump out, dry out or silicone migration, while providing enhanced performance and reliability. It is formulated for stencil or screen printing and is supplied in cartridges. Other packaging formats are available upon request.
