LOCTITE® SF 7515 is an amber, water-based surface treatment that delivers temporary protection (up to 48 hours) against flash rust on materials including aluminum, zinc, zinc alloy and cold rolled steel surfaces. It can also be used on blasted metal surfaces as short-term corrosion protection before coating, and to improve corrosion resistance of the final coated metal. It’s a no-rinse treatment for spray and wipe application.

How to use
Apply LOCTITE® SF 7515TM on a clean surface by spraying or wiping, at a temperature between 20 to 40 °C.
Wipe off excess if necessary leaving a thin film and allow parts to dry.
LOCTITE® SF 7515TM contains complex fluorides in solution.

Yes, Apply LOCTITE® SF 7515™ on a clean surface by spraying or wiping, at a temperature between 20 to 40 °C.
LOCTITE® SF 7515 should be stored in the unopened container in a dry location. Storage information may be indicated on the product container labeling. Optimal storage: 8 °C to 21 °C. Storage below 8 °C or greater than 28 °C can adversely affect product properties. Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use. Do not return product to the original container.
LOCTITE® SF 7515 will be recommended for corrosion protection using spray and wipe applications.
