For good elastic adhesion without primer to a variety of substrates, TEROSON® MS 939NA is a great choice. This high strength, high elongation adhesive is a 1-part adhesive/sealant based on a modified silane polymer (SMP), that can be offered with different color choices: white, gray or black. It cures by reaction with moisture to an elastomeric thermoset product. The skin formation and curing times are dependent on humidity, temperature, and joint depth, but you can reduce these times by using MS 9371B. TEROSON MS 939NA is sag-resistant, leading to high initial tack; non-corrosive; odorless; and free of solvents, isocyanates, silicones and PVC. It’s compatible with suitable paint systems and has great UV resistance, making it ideal for both interior and exterior applications.

How to use
For best performance bond surfaces should be clean and free from grease.
Moisture curing begins immediately after the product is exposed to the atmosphere; therefore, parts to be assembled should be mated within a few minutes after the product is dispensed. The bond should be allowed to cure, for example seven days, before being subjected to heavy service loads.
Excess material can be easily wiped away with non-polar solvents.

TEROSON® MS 939NA should be stored in the unopened container in a dry location, with storage information possibly indicated on the product container labeling. The optimal storage temperature is 8°C to 21°C, and storage below 8°C or above 28°C can adversely affect product properties. Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use.
The tensile strength of this product is 2.7 N/mm², measured using the ISO 527-3 test method after curing at 22°C for 3 days at 45-55% relative humidity.
