When you need a flexible foam gasketing sealant for plastics or metals, try LOCTITE® SI 5470. It is 1-part, and mixes mechanically with nitrogen gas to produce a closed cell foam gasket. Upon exposure to sufficient UV light, it forms a soft, flexible, low modulus serviceable gasket for sealing applications. And you have the option of a secondary moisture cure for shadowed areas.
