LOCTITE® 564 is a white to off-white, methacrylate ester acrylic thread sealant paste designed for locking and sealing metal pipes and fittings. Its lubricating properties facilitate proper assembly and torque tightening of piping system components. It cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.
