      First generation, red, high-strength threadlocker (Military Spec)

      Original, high strength and low-viscosity threadlocker formulation from the 1950s. Designed for locking and sealing fine-threaded nuts, bolts and studs in legacy applications where compliance to Mil-S-22473E Grade A is required.

      Information

      When you need to lock and seal fine threaded nuts, bolts and studs in legacy applications where certification to Mil-S-22473E Grade A is required, choose LOCTITE® Grade A (88). This red, high strength, high viscosity anaerobic curing adhesive cures in the absence of air and presence of metal. It also fluoresces under UV light – great for quality control.
