How to use

1. Preparation - Cleaning

For best performance, part surfaces should be clean and free of grease. For high-strength structural bonds, remove surface contaminants such as paint, oxide films, oils, dust, mold release agents, and all other surface contaminants. Use gloves to minimize skin contact and do not use solvents for cleaning hands.


2. Preparation

For dual cartridges, insert the cartridge into the application gun and engage the plunger into the cylinders using light pressure on the trigger, then remove the cartridge cap and expel a small amount of adhesive to ensure both sides are flowing evenly and freely. If automatic mixing of the resin and hardener is required, attach the mixing nozzle to the cartridge and begin dispensing the adhesive, while for hand mixing, dispense the required amount and mix thoroughly for approximately 15 seconds after a uniform color is obtained. For bulk containers, mix thoroughly by weight or volume in the proportions specified in the Product Description section, mixing vigorously for approximately 15 seconds after a uniform color is achieved. Join the adhesive-coated surfaces and allow them to cure at 25 °C for 24 hours to achieve high strength, noting that heating up to 93 °C will accelerate curing. During curing, keep the parts from moving, apply contact pressure, and maintain a bond line thickness of 1 to 2 mm to achieve maximum shear strength.


3. Application

For maximum bond strength, apply the adhesive evenly to both surfaces to be joined, and apply it to the substrates within 60 minutes. Larger quantities and/or higher temperatures will reduce the working time.


4. Clean up

Excessive uncured adhesive can be cleaned up with ketone type solvents.
