How to use

Preparation - Cleaning

For high-strength structural bonds, remove surface contaminants such as paint, oxide films, oils, dust, mold release agents, and all other surface contaminants, and use gloves to minimize skin contact; do not use solvents for cleaning hands.


Preparation

For dual cartridges, insert the cartridge into the application gun and start the plunger into the cylinders using light pressure on the trigger. Remove the cartridge cap and expel a small amount of adhesive to ensure both sides are flowing evenly and freely, then attach the mixing nozzle to dispense the adhesive. For bulk containers, use a volumetric dispensing system to ensure the correct mix ratio and a mixing nozzle to achieve adequate mixing. Allow 24 hours at 22 °C for curing; heating up to 93 °C will accelerate curing, while maximum chemical resistance is achieved after seven days at 22 °C. The mixed product is free flowing and self-leveling, and best potting results are obtained by filling voids from the bottom upward by moving the discharge point accordingly. Keep parts from moving during cure, and position them to retain the product within the potting voids until curing is complete.


Clean up

Excessive uncured adhesive can be cleaned up with ketone type solvents.
