LOCTITE® ABLESTIK ICP 3535M2 is a 1-part electrically conductive Pb-free alternative to solder. It is ideal for mounting lower cost tin (Sn) finished components onto the conductive trace terminations of printed circuit boards or co-fired ceramic circuitry. It’s specially designed for applications with small size components (0603, 0402) where no bleeding or wicking is tolerated, and can be applied by stencil printing. Operating temperature is -45°C to 125°C (–49°F to 257°F).
