How to use

1. Preparation - Cleaning

For high-strength structural bonds, remove surface contaminants such as paint, oxide films, oils, dust, mold release agents, and all other surface residues. Use gloves to minimize skin contact, and do not use solvents for cleaning hands.


2. Application

For dual cartridges, begin use by removing the cartridge cap and dispensing a small amount of adhesive to ensure that both Part A and Part B are extruding properly. Attach the mixing nozzle and dispense approximately 20 to 50 mm of adhesive before applying it to the parts to be bonded. Partially used cartridges may be stored with the mixing nozzle attached; to reuse, remove and discard the old nozzle, attach a new one, and dispense approximately 20 to 50 mm of adhesive before application. For bulk containers, the material is typically dispensed using volumetric metered mixing equipment fitted with static mixing nozzles. For maximum bond strength, apply the adhesive evenly to both surfaces to be joined. Apply the adhesive to the substrates as soon as possible, as larger quantities and/or higher temperatures will reduce working time. Join the adhesive-coated surfaces and allow them to cure; higher temperatures will accelerate curing. Keep assembled parts from moving during the curing process, and allow the bond to develop full strength before subjecting it to any service loads.


3. Clean up

Excessive uncured adhesive can be cleaned up with ketone type solvents.
