How to use

1. Surface Preparation

For best performance, bond surfaces should be clean and free from contaminants, including grease.


2. Preparation

To ensure a fast and reliable cure, Activator 736^™ or 734^™ should be applied to one of the bond surfaces, and the adhesive should be applied to the other surface, with parts assembled within 15 minutes. For larger bond gaps of up to 0.125 mm (0.005 in) or when a faster cure speed is required, Activator 736^™ or 734^™ should be applied to both surfaces, and parts should be assembled immediately, within one minute. Any excess adhesive can be wiped away using an organic solvent. Bonds should be held clamped until the adhesive has fixtured, and the product should be allowed to develop full strength before being subjected to any service loads, typically 24 to 72 hours after assembly, depending on the bond gap, materials, and ambient conditions.
