LOCTITE® SI 5631 is a 2-part, fast cure, low-viscosity silicone sealant for thermal potting applications. It is non-corrosive and has high thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation properties, a convenient mix ratio and can be cured over a wide range of temperatures. It is also self-leveling, has vibration dampening properties, and is UL 94 V-0 compliant.
