Maija Kirveennummi is leading sustainability for the Industrials business unit of Henkel Adhesive Technologies. She joined Henkel in 2019, and has since been working in different sustainability teams both on purchasing and business side. In her current role, she is responsible for the sustainability strategy and portfolio transrformation of the industrial solutions portfolio, connecting also with customers to define common agendas. Her expertise on sustainability covers variety of topics from strategy development to circular economy approaches and responsible sourcing. Maija holds a double degree on Strategy & International Management with focus on sustainability (Aalto University, Helsinki & Rotterdam School of Management, Rotterdam).
