LOCTITE® 1-inch Stainless Steel Dispense Needles have a color-coded plastic hub and stainless-steel canula for applying low-viscosity adhesives, primers, solvents, activators and other fluids. The longer canula provides extended reach. They contain light-blocking additives to help protect UV-sensitive fluids, and the helical thread secures snugly to valve and syringe barrel attachments. An indispensable dispense needle for any adhesive toolbox.

Tip and needles are designed for precision dispensing of adhesives and fluids in both manual and automated systems. We offer a comprehensive line of LOCTITE® brand dispense tips and needles, from stainless steel (solid metal or with plastic hub), to tapered polyethylene and flexible polypropylene. All feature a positive locking, helical thread design, which ensures the tip stays put during the toughest applications.
Dispense needles and tips are selected based on adhesive technology and application. Tapered tips are the most commonly used as they are compatible with a broad range of applications and chemistries, and also do not scratch sensitive surfaces/parts. Stainless steel tips are most commonly used when dispensing in hard-to-reach areas. Needle gauge is selected based on viscosity and the size of the bead or drop.
