How to use

1. Connection - Power Supply

To set up the LOCTITE^® SD10 Digital Syringe Dispenser, plug the system into a 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz power source. The internal voltage is 24 VDC.Install the Syringe: Insert a 30ml or 55ml LOCTITE^® syringe into the dispenser and secure it with the syringe barrel stand.Attach the Airline Adapter: Connect the syringe air line adapter to the syringe barrel. Ensure the air supply is connected to the external pneumatic supply to regulate dispense air pressure.Set the Dispensing Mode: Use the digital control panel to select between manual, timer, or cycle modes. Adjust the dispense time between 0.01 and 99.99 seconds for precision dispensing.Adjust the Pressure: Set the air pressure using the digital pressure regulator to control the dispensing amount.
