LOCTITE® RC50 Integrated Dispenser is an automatic dispenser machine with independent digital timing channels, which means you can control two pneumatic outputs at the same time. These outputs can be used to control dispense valves or any LOCTITE automatic dispense valve or pneumatic handheld applicator. It has two operating modes: timed or continuous, perfect for dot or bead dispensing applications. The reservoir can handle 250 ml (8.7 oz), 500 g (17.6 oz), 1 liter (35 oz), 2 kg (4.4 lb) and 200 g (7 oz) adhesive packages, and the dispenser is suitable for either manual workstations or automated production lines. The dispenser is Industry 4.0 compatible, providing enhanced communication/connectivity via Ethernet, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi.

How to use
To set up the LOCTITE® RC50 Integrated Dispenser, plug the power supply into a power source.
Place the appropriate adhesive package in the reservoir (250ml, 1L, or 2kg). Ensure that the reservoir is properly connected to shop air.
Connect the dispense valve to the system. You can integrate the system with various LOCTITE® dispense valves for precise dispensing.
1. Use the touchscreen to set the dispensing parameters, such as dispense pressure and time.
2. Run a test to ensure the system is dispensing adhesive accurately. Adjust the dispensing time, pressure, and other settings to match your specific application.
Connect the Footswitch to control dispensing manually.
FAQ
The LOCTITE® EQ RC50 does not necessarly need cleaning besides spot cleaning with mild solvents like IPA if a spill occurs.
This equipment is used in dispense systems that need a combined reservoir and controller into a single unit for efficient adhesive dispensing applications.
In conjunction with a Loctite dispense valve, the LOCTITE® EQ RC50 Integrated Dispenser will be recommended for any application that requires a semi automated to fully automated dispense system
