What is the RB40 Dispensing Robot Range?

The LOCTITE^® RB40 Benchtop Dispensing Robots are available in four ranges of operation from 200 x 200 x 50 mm up to 500 x 500 x 100 mm (X,Y,Z) and have features and accessories that are custom-tailored for adhesives diespensing processes. These benchtop robots have 3-axis control, and each robot has an integral I/O connector for external light curtain (sold separately) or external E-Stop integration. The Teach Pendant, dispensing equipment, cables, and mounting hardware must also be purchased separately.

Which adhesives can be used with the RB40 Dispensing Robots?

Designed for a wide range of adhesives, these dispensing robots are compatible with anaerobics, cyanoacrylates, light cure adhesives, silicones, acrylates and 2-part systems.
