LOCTITE® Pneumatic Handheld Valves can be controlled by foot switch or hand switch and are ergonomically designed for comfort, application control, and a low actuation force to reduce hand fatigue. They incorporate a suck-back feature, which prevents dripping or stringing. A 21 cm (8"), black, 6.35 mm (0.25") feed line delivers products up to 15,000 mPa·s viscosity through the valves. An optional feed line upgrade kit will allow dispensing of adhesives up to 80,000 mPa·s. These valves must be used in conjunction with a controller and product reservoir.

How to use
To set up the LOCTITE® Handheld Pneumatic Applicator, ensure the dispenser is ergonomically positioned for comfort.
1. Connect the 1/4" feedline to an appropriate Loctite integrated reservoir controller.
2. Attach the pneumatic air line to the appropriate channel output on the Loctite integrated reservoir controller.
Adjust the stroke/suckback on the valve as needed to match your specific applicaiton.
