LOCTITE® 7411-S UV Flood System is a medium intensity, benchtop modular light cure system. The lamp can be pedestal mounted to the power supply or detached for mounting over existing material handling systems such as a conveyor. A special silicone rubber pad that resists UV deterioration and chemical attack covers the work surface. This unit can accept an optional time controlled shutter and a visible enhanced metal halide lamp is also available, both sold separately. Included in the Box: (1) 7411-S UV Flood System, (1) UV Metal Halide Lamp, (1) Pair of Cotton Gloves, (1) UV Protection Glasses, (1) Power Cord, (1) Operating Manual.

How to use
To set up the LOCTITE® 7411-S UV Flood System:
1. remove the lamp head from the post
2. Flip the lamp head upside down
3. Install the filter glass
4. Put the lamp head back on the post
Before turning the unit on, ensure the appropriate UV protective glasses are being utilized
1. Plug the unit in
2. Turn the unit on and allow it 5 minutes to reach full power before use
The unit is now ready to use
