LOCTITE® AA 352 is a transparent, acrylic-based, high-viscosity UV-cure adhesive with excellent resistance to chemicals and humidity. Once cured by UV light, activator or heat, it is highly resistant to vibration and impact forces. Ideal for the tough bonding, sealing or coating of metal and glass components in industrial applications, e.g. unitizing electrical devices, appliance parts and decorative components.

How to use
For best performance, bond surfaces should be clean and free from contaminants, including grease.
Cure rate is dependent on lamp intensity, distance from light source, depth of cure needed or bondline gap and light transmittance of the substrate through which the radiation must pass.
Cooling should be provided for temperature sensitive substrates such as thermoplastics. Plastic grades should be checked for risk of stress cracking when exposed to liquid adhesive. Excess adhesive can be wiped away with organic solvent(e.g. Acetone). Bonds should be allowed to cool before subjecting to any service loads.
This product is light sensitive; exposure to daylight, UV light and artificial lighting should be kept to a minimum during storage and handling. The product should be dispensed from applicators with black feedlines.

LOCTITE® AA 352 should be stored in the unopened container in a dry location, with storage information possibly indicated on the product container labeling. Its optimal storage temperature is 8°C to 21°C, and storage below 8°C or above 28°C can adversely affect product properties. Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use.

(3 kg) weight (13.2 psi) for 10 seconds, is 12 seconds, with 6 mW/cm², measured at 365 nm, on glass with black light, using a Zeta® 7500 light source. It is 5 seconds, with 100 mW/cm², measured at 365 nm, and 5 seconds, with 100 mW/cm², measured at 405 nm, on glass with LED flood light.
The tensile strength at break of the cured product is 24.4 N/mm², tested according to ISO 527-3.
