BERGQUIST® TGR 5000SF is a high-performance, silicone-free thermal grease for efficient heat transfer between heat-generating devices and heat sinks or other heat-dissipating surfaces. It is typically used for CPUs, GPUs, MCUs, ASICs, power conversion devices, IGBTs and transistors. The product is suitable for both manual and automated dispensing and delivers low thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity. The solvated formulation improves dispensing performance, reduces compression stress, and enables a low minimum bondline thickness. It also contains a UV tracer that provides high contrast under UV light for automated optical inspection (AOI). It is RoHS-compliant and not electrically insulating.
