      Information

      LOCTITE® HM20 PUR Controller System is designed to dispense dots or beads of LOCTITE® PUR Hot Melt Adhesives in 30 ml (1 oz) syringe barrels. The complete system consists of a controller, dispense head, pre-heater and needle pre-heater. The controller is an electro-pneumatic device to precisely control the amount of air pressure applied to the syringe barrel for a set time period to deliver a consistent amount of adhesive each time the system is actuated. The system is designed to be used with LOCTITE benchtop robots or can integrate into any stationary work cell. Included in the box: (1) HM20 PUR Controller, (1) foot switch, (1) power cord, (1) 6 mm (0.24") Air Feed Line, (1) 4 mm (0.16") air feed line, (1) operating manual.
