When you want a high-performance chromate conversion coating for aluminium surface treatment, BONDERITE® M-CR 1200 AERO is a great pick. This brown-powdered metal pre-treatment chemical not only forms an iridescent golden protective chromate coating, but also minimises corrosion and provides an improved bond for paint. It is applied by immersion and has an operating temperature of 21°C to 38°C (70°F to 100°F). You can expect a shelf-life of up to 24 months when stored in the unopened, original packaging.
