TECHNOMELT® PUR 4688 ME is a polyurethane (PUR) hot melt for lamination and assembling. When applied, it offers high initial strength and chemical cross-linking within a few days for a high final bond strength. The adhesive provides tight joints with high heat resistance (>150°C/302°F), cold flexibility and excellent water resistance. TECHNOMELT PUR 4688 ME is based on MicroEmission (ME) technology improving occupational safety , meaning it contains less than 0.1% isocyanate monomer and reduces isocyanate vapors by up to 90%. No disocyantes training is needed according to REACH EU regulations.
