BERGQUIST® HI FLOW® THF 1600G is an electrically insulating, thermally conductive 55°C (131°F) phase change compound coated on a fiberglass web. It provides high cut-through resistance for converting and ease of handling within assembly - avoiding drip and run experienced with conventional grease. This product is ideal for use as a thermal interface material between electronic power devices that require electrical isolation to the heat sink.
