Yes, you only need to create one account. Click on the sign up icon in the top right corner of the header. From there, follow the prompts to add your email & password and verify your email to access your profile.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the 'Forgot Password' link on our login page, which will send you an email with instructions. Alternatively, you can log in to your Henkel account and change your password in the 'My Profile' section.
Email verification will ensure that your account is registered in our ecosystem. It will also smooth sign-up next time you access LOCTITE Xplore eLearning courses.
If you don't access your account for two years, then your account will be deleted. In all other scenarios you can always come back and log-in using your email ID and password.
You can delete your account by going to your "account section" and clicking on " delete my account option.

You would need to complete all the courses within a training/ learning path to receive a certification for that training.
You can access your certificates from my account section after you sign-in to your account.
No, the certificates don't expire ever.
Yes, you can access all your certificates in the account section of your profile.
No, if users do not complete an on-going course, they will have to start from scratch after migration. However, the certificates for the completed courses will be available in the My Account section.
When you log into the new platform for e-learning, make sure to use the same email used during registration for Xplore. Then, all you will need to do is reset your password. All other user information will transfer over.
In the new platform, individual courses (or one video module) consist of learning paths. On the left tab, users can select the icon labeled “My Learning.” Once brought to that page, users should filter out the learning paths they are taking by checking that box on the side tab.
Yes, the duration of each course and learning path remains unchanged.
The style of the learning paths/courses remains the same. They are all self-paced and self-enrolled.
