All Henkel Adhesives eCommerce purchases are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of the order delivery. Returned items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any associated return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please begin a return by filling out a return request prior to shipping any goods back to Henkel.
