Yes, the equipment can be purchased at anytime during the rental. If the equipment is purchased within the first 3 months of the rental, rental fees will be waived.

Yes, most of the equipment that are rented are used. If you would like new equipment, you may request that up-front prior the rental.

Equipment made to order Spare Parts

No. If you do not have a part number, a picture and/or a description along with the part number of the overall unit should be enough to help our teams find the parts.

Some comon spare parts may be stocked but a large majority of items are made to order and will have a lead time.

We are unable to expedite spare part orders because these items are made to order.

Unfortunately, due to these items being manufactured solely for the purpose of this order, we cannot accept returns other than items that are faulty and/or broken upon arrival.

We typically can provide a quote within 3-5 days.

There is no minimum order value on spare part orders.

We offer engineering services to modify/customize or source non-standard equipment items not currently in our portfolio to help with those unique applications. Reach out to your local LOCTITE® representitive to see if we can help.

Yes, we can help set up your equipment under an engineering service fee either on-site or in our labs and ship it to you so that it is ready to go out-of-the-box.

As used equipment inventory tends to fluctuate on a daily basis, we are unable to provide a regularly up-to-date list of used equipment items. Feel free to contact us with your specific used equipment item request and we can check the availability.

Warranty / Factory repair

Yes, any LOCTITE® factory repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and 30 days of labor.

An evaluation fee will be charged on paid repairs if the equipment is found to have no issue or you would like the equipment returned without repair.
