BERGQUIST® LIQUI FORM TLF 3800LVO is a thermally conductive, dispensable and highly conformable thermal management material with low volatility for silicone sensitive applications. The unique formula offers excellent chemical and mechanical stability. This thixotropic material has a natural tack that forms around sensitive components with low component stress during assembly, ensuring it stays in place after application.
