Tested up to 41 bar of pressurized hydrogen, LOCTITE Hydrogen Ready Flange Sealing solutions have been engineered to withstand the challenges of hydrogen environments and provide reliable, leak-free sealing performance.
Our self-forming flange sealing solutions fill every imperfection of the mating flanged surfaces, and then cure anaerobically into a robust, cross-linked, thermoset plastic to prevent hydrogen leakage — without shrinkage, cracks or relaxation over time.
Pressure tested and verified by a 3rd party laboratory, our technology ensures uncompromising safety and reliability, and thus system efficiency — even in the toughest hydrogen environments.
