AQUENCE® LAM E2050 LE: the next-generation adhesive combining safety, performance, and environmental responsibility
The tissue industry is under increasing pressure due to high CO₂ emissions resulting from energy-intensive processes and raw material sourcing.
At the same time, stricter regulations and ambitious corporate sustainability goals are driving a shift toward safer, more responsible solutions — such as fossil-free designs and alternative fibers. Consumers are also placing greater value on hygiene, health, and environmentally conscious products.
In response, we are introducing a lamination adhesive that redefines sustainability from an entirely new perspective: AQUENCE® LAM E2050 LE.
The lamination adhesive is specifically designed for customers who care about the origin of their raw materials and their impact on the climate.
AQUENCE® LAM E2050 LE is made with a minimum of 35% repurposed solid content and utilizes cleaner raw materials with a lower CO₂ footprint.
With a boric acid-free formulation, there is no need for special protective equipment typically required for handling hazardous materials.
The preservatives used are commonly found in food and personal care products, making the adhesive a safe and user-friendly solution.
