How to use

1. Preparation

Prepare the area to be grouted and ensure the foundation temperature is above 10 °C (50 °F), as the grout is not recommended for use below 10 °C (50 °F). Remove the two cans and the filler from the outer pail. Pour all the resin into the pail, shake the hardener can to premix, and then add all of the hardener to the resin. Mix the resin and hardener together for 3 minutes. Gradually add the filler to the pail and mix until no dry powder remains. The total mixing time from start to finish should not exceed 15 minutes, or the mixture may harden before the grout can be poured. Pour the mixture into the area to be grouted immediately after mixing to achieve maximum flow before setting. At 25 °C, the working time is 30 minutes, and the material will be functionally cured in 24 hours. Allow the epoxy grout to harden before starting the machinery.

3. Note

Working time and cure depend on temperature and mass : the higher the temperature, the faster the cure, and the larger the mass of material, the faster the cure. To speed up the cure of epoxies at low temperatures, store the epoxy at room temperature and preheat the repair surface until it is warm to the touch. To slow the cure of epoxies at high temperatures, mix the epoxy in small quantities to prevent rapid curing and cool the resin and hardener components.
