The LOCTITE® O-Ring Kit is an emergency repair kit for making replacement O-rings on the spot. It is easy to handle and ready for use in just a few seconds. The integrated LOCTITE® 406 creates a strong bond line a strong as the rubber itself. The kit contains five different sizes of nitrile rubber cord, a splicing jig, a safety knife and 20 g of LOCTITE 406. All you need!

How to use
Clean cutting blade with LOCTITE SF 7063.
Cut the required lenght of cord. Use the O-Ring cutting fixture to achieve a straight cut at both ends.
Apply a small drop of LOCTITE 404 to one end of the O-Ring.
Immediately join the two ends using the V-groove on the end of the curing fixture. Hold in place for 30 seconds and then O-Ring is ready for service.

The cord is Buna N.
The fixture has holes of the following diameter: 1/16 in, 3/32 in 1/8 in, 3/16 in, 1/4 in, 5/16 in, 3/8 in.
