If you’re looking for a high-pressure and high dilution-pressure die casting agent with robust release properties, BONDERITE® L-CA CP 794A ACHESON is a great choice. This low-viscosity, off-white lubricant and release agent is suitable for use at high dilution ratios (1-part lubricant to 150-250 parts water) and is formulated to ensure genuine stability under the shearing conditions encountered in modern dilution and central-supply equipment. Designed for manual or automated spray application, BONDERITE® L-CA CP 794A can be used on any type of aluminum and magnesium casting, particularly heavy, long and thick-walled castings.
