TEROSON® EP 52 SERIES is a 1-part, epoxy-based, high-damping structural adhesive (HDSA) that integrates vibration damping and structural strength into a single material. It is typically used for structural bonding and hem flange applications in automotive body shops. The product can be applied using automated pump systems and is compatible with a wide range of metal substrates, including steel, zinc-coated surfaces, zinc/magnesium alloys, and aluminum alloys. It can also be combined with other joining techniques. It ensures excellent sag resistance and delivers high modulus at room temperature, supporting both structural integrity and noise reduction.
