TEROSON® BOND 60 True Primerless is a high-performance windscreen adhesive with a safe drive-away time of just 60 minutes. It is applied cold, offers best-in-class workability characteristics, and is used without primer, saving you a step. TEROSON® BOND VR 100 glass cleaner is recommended for cleaning.

How to use
Ensure that the substrate to be bonded is dry and free from oil, dust, grease, and other contaminants. Also, check the new windscreen for damages or scratches and confirm that it fits properly. Wait at least 2 minutes after the cleaning process to allow all remaining residues to evaporate. Cleaning of the cut adhesive layer remaining on the window aperture is generally not necessary. However, if cleaning of this remaining layer is required, an evaporation time of at least 2 minutes is mandatory.
Wipe the surface with a lint-free cloth and Alcohol-based glass cleaner. Abrade the bond line using a smooth abrasive pad or a wetted TEROSON® BOND SPONGE.
Apply the urethane according to the product application instructions, ensuring a continuous bead and proper placement for the windscreen bonding application.

Yes, To perform the solvent-based cleaning process, first wipe the surface with a lint-free cloth and an alcohol-based glass cleaner, then abrade the bond line using a smooth abrasive pad or a wetted TEROSON® BOND SPONGE, and finish by wiping the surface again with a lint-free cloth and an alcohol-based glass cleaner.
TEROSON® BOND 60 TRUE PRIMERLESS should be stored in its unopened container in a dry location. Storage information may also be indicated on the product container labeling. For optimal storage, maintain a temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Storing below 5°C or above 25°C can adversely affect the product properties. Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use; do not return product to the original container.
The Tensile Strength of the product is 8 N/mm², measured using DIN 53504, under the condition cured for 7 days at 23°C and 50% RH.
Typical applications for Teroson Bond 60 True Primerless include the bonding of front, rear, and side screens to the body of passenger-, utility-, special-, and rail vehicles.
