When you need an electrically conductive adhesive for applications with mismatched CTE, try LOCTITE® ABLESTIK CE 3520-3. This epoxy adhesive paste has high elasticity as well as great adhesion to a variety of surfaces. It is low stress and has an operating temperature of -45°C to 125°C (–49°F to 257°F). Ideal for component attach and heat sink bonding.
