When you need a non-conductive adhesive for such applications as image sensor module assemblies, or camera module bonding with active alignment process, try LOCTITE® 3217. It’s perfect for use in many temperature sensitive electronic applications. For maximum performance, cure first by exposure to UV light of sufficient intensity, then by a thermal cure.
