      Information

      The LOCTITE® Dial-A-Seal® Dispenser is a touch-actuated, all pneumatic applicator. The Dial-A-Seal accepts 50 ml, 250 ml or 1 liter wide mouth bottles. The product dispense quantity can be adjusted with the rear adjustment knob. The suggested setting for each diameter fitting is given in a table on the unit's casing. This system includes a stand for holding 1 liter bottles and one empty 1 liter bottle and is recommended for applying Pipe Sealant with PTFE, Stainless Steel PTFE, Vibra-Seal®, and Anti-Seize.

      • Dispenser is fed directly from a 50 ml tube, 250 ml tube or 1 liter bottle
      • A quick turn turret is equipped with cavities for 1⁄16, 1⁄8, ¼, 3⁄8, ½, ¾ and 1 in. male pipe threads
      • Uniform adhesive application with adjustable dispense volume (up to 0.7 ml per shot)
      • Suggested settings for each diameter fitting are preprinted on unit
      • Included in the Box: (1) Dial-A-Seal unit, (1) stand for 1 liter bottle, (1) empty 1 liter bottle with cap, (1) empty 50 ml tube with dispense cap, (1) tube vent, (2) elbow fittings, (1) feed tube, (1) tube adapter, (1) 50 ml tube adapter, (1) operating manual
