LOCTITE® LB 8012 is a black, metal-free anti-seize lubricant for protecting assemblies during running-in periods. It’s designed to reduce friction on threaded fasteners, such as bolts, nuts and studs, typically in applications with an operating temperature range of -29°C to 400°C (-20°F to 752°F). It stays in place through heat, load and vibration to ensure trouble-free disassembly. LOCTITE LB 8012 has an NLGI grade 1 and contains 65% molybdenum disulphide (MoS₂) for maximum lubricity.
