Customer challenge

A large-scale solar park operator faced severe reliability challenges with their installations. The solar panels were mounted using M6 bolts with washers, but vibrations and outdoor conditions led to bolts loosening over time. This resulted in:

All washers having to be replaced and fitted with correct torque
Yearly re-tightening of 296,000 bolts to keep structural integrity
