BERGQUIST® SIL PAD® TSP PPK900 is a thermally conductive polyester insulator, ideal for applications where conformal coatings are required, typically telecommunications and aerospace applications. BERGQUIST SIL PAD TSP PPK900 is an alumina-filled polyester resin coated with a DuPont Kapton film to provide a high dielectric and physical strength.

Each application has specific characteristics (e.g., surface finish, flatness tolerances, high pressure requirements, potential burrs, etc.) that determine which SIL PAD product will optimize thermal performance. Select a minimum of two pads that best fit the application, then conduct testing to determine which material performs the best.
