TECHNOMELT^® PUR 6202 ME is a general purpose, polyurethane (PUR) hot melt used for a wide range of difficult-to-bond substrates such as plastics and metals. When applied, it offers high initial strength and chemical cross-linking within a few days, when it forms an insoluble thermoset film for a high final bond strength. The adhesive exhibits excellent water resistance and high heat resistance (>150°C /302°F) as well as cold flexibility. It is based on MicroEmission (ME) technology for improving occupational safety, meaning it contains less than 0.1% isocyanate monomer and reduces isocyanate vapors by up to 90%. No disocyantes training is needed according to REACH EU regulations.
