LOCTITE® 421 is a transparent cyanoacrylate instant adhesive for rapidly bonding a wide array of substrates, including metals, plastics and elastomers, which require uniform stress distribution and strong tension and/or shear strength. It’s particularly ideal for bonding porous or absorbent substrates such as wood, paper, leather and fabric.
