LOCTITE^® Proximity Switch Stand is a proximity switch unit with an integrated sensor for apt adhesive dispensing. It helps coat small parts when interfaced with an appropriate LOCTITE^® dispensing controller and valve. The operator positions the part to be coated manually in the “vee” location. The initiator sensor detects the part and sends a start signal to the LOCTITE^® controller to trigger the dispensing cycle. The dispensing valve holding fixture and workpiece receptacle are adjustable and can be adapted to various part configurations. The additional equipment required is a LOCTITE controller and dispense valve. LOCTITE Proximity Switch Stand is also available with a capacitive initiator for detecting stainless steel and plastic parts.
