BONDERITE® L-CA CP 798 is a state-of-the-art release agent supplied in concentrated form for high-pressure die casting. It has been formulated specifically to give improved stability under the shearing conditions encountered in modern dilution and central-supply equipment. You can expect consistent clean casting, and therefore reduced scrap rates and costs. It’s ideal for any type of aluminium and magnesium casting – particularly heavy, long, and thick-walled castings – and is designed for manual or automated spray application. It has superb release properties and excellent wetting characteristics at high temperatures, resulting in very high efficiency. When used correctly, it allows for unhindered subsequent painting and plating operations. It is also hard water stable.
