LOCTITE® 4311 is a cyanoacrylate-based, dual-cure (light/humidity) adhesive for a tack-free rapid, fillet or surface cure with minimal blooming. It bonds both rigid and opaque substrates, and is great for bonding plastics, metals, rubber, paper and ceramics. It also fluoresces under UV for quality inspection in large-volume productions.
